Welcome to the AT4Transition Website! This website is dedicated to providing information about assistive technology-related supports for students with disabilities transitioning to either work or employment.
There are two primary categories of information on this website:
1. Assistive technology devices and services for students in transition.
2. Self-advocacy skills related to obtaining and utilizing assistive technology.

This website is part of the AT for Transition from High School project, a partnership between Adam Krass Consulting, Heightened Independence and Progress (hip), and Region V Council for Special Education.
The project was funded by a grant from Disability Rights New Jersey/The Assistive Technology Advocacy Center.
